55qqq Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "55qqq", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 55qqq platform accessible at https://55qqq.io and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Platform" means the website, software, applications, and all associated services operated by 55qqq, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any other gaming or betting products made available to registered users.
• "You", "your", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers an account on, or uses any service provided through the 55qqq Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process on the 55qqq Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount or deposit amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

By accessing the 55qqq Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. In such cases, "you" shall refer to both you and that other person.

To access the full range of services on the 55qqq Platform, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

You are eligible to register an Account only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting or casino gaming is illegal under applicable local law.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by 55qqq for breach of these Terms.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

55qqq reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other point where 55qqq deems verification necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of the Account pending resolution.

You must promptly notify 55qqq of any changes to the personal information held on your Account by contacting customer support. 55qqq accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account.

All bets, transactions, and instructions placed through your Account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were placed by you personally or by an unauthorised third party who accessed your Account as a result of your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

You must notify 55qqq immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. You can reach the support team via live chat on the Platform or by email at [email protected]. 55qqq will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporary suspension of the Account pending the outcome of the investigation.

55qqq employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections and implements SMS-based two-factor authentication for new device logins. Notwithstanding these measures, you acknowledge that no security system is entirely infallible and that you remain responsible for securing access to your own device and mobile money accounts.

Deposits: 55qqq accepts deposits in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. 55qqq does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case 55qqq will contact you to arrange an alternative. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification under the KYC process described in Section 3. Processing times vary by payment method but 55qqq endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of verification.

Wagering Requirements: Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of winnings derived from that bonus is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.

Currency: All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 55qqq does not accept or process deposits in any other currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred on your end are your sole responsibility.

Dormant Accounts: An Account that shows no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 55qqq will notify you by email before any dormancy charges are applied. Dormancy administration fees of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the balance of a dormant Account. Players are advised to log in regularly to avoid dormancy classification.

All bets placed on the 55qqq sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. These rules are published within the Platform alongside the relevant betting markets and form part of these Terms by reference.

By placing a bet, you acknowledge and accept the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up to the moment your bet is accepted and confirmed by the Platform. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are fixed for that bet unless the event is subject to a rules change, postponement, or abandonment that triggers a void under the applicable sport rules.

Key general betting rules applicable across all sports on 55qqq include the following:

• Bets will be voided if an event is abandoned before the minimum required playing time has elapsed, as specified in the rules for the relevant sport.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — including manifest errors where odds are significantly out of line with the true market price — 55qqq reserves the right to void affected bets. Such decisions will be made promptly and communicated to affected Players.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the sole discretion of 55qqq and may be suspended at any time during an event. Any bets placed after the outcome of a relevant event or phase of play is determined will be voided.
• The maximum payout per bet, per day, and per event is subject to limits that are published on the Platform. Where winnings exceed the stated maximum payout limit, the excess will not be credited.
• Casino and slots games are governed by the rules set by the respective game provider (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe). The applicable RTP and game rules are accessible within each game interface.

55qqq reserves the right to suspend any market, void any bet, or restrict any Player's betting activity at its discretion where it has reasonable cause to suspect irregular or suspicious betting patterns.

55qqq offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, which you must read in full before claiming any bonus. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on the Platform:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion terms, which may include minimum deposit thresholds, account standing requirements, or geographical restrictions.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of the bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 55qqq Platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of your Account balance, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or under a different name or identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent KYC process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you are a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit any feature of the Platform in an automated fashion.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions in any game or Platform feature to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Uploading or transmitting any malicious code, virus, or other harmful software to the Platform.

55qqq is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform offers the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity responsibly:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of 48 hours before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period. These operate on the same basis as deposit limits.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders to alert them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account is inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for a more extended period may request self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the 55qqq Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 55qqq or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 55qqq.
• Use any 55qqq trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by 55qqq without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content without explicit written authorisation from 55qqq.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to claims under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55qqq excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• Losses attributable to technical failures, server downtime, network outages, or other interruptions to the availability of the Platform.
• Losses arising from any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or match data, which may be subject to error or delay.
• Loss of winnings as a result of bets voided pursuant to these Terms or the applicable sport rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 55qqq's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55qqq makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

55qqq collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://55qqq.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

55qqq will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

55qqq may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, that your Account has been involved in fraudulent activity, that you are a Prohibited Person, or that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to 55qqq, other Players, or third parties.

Upon closure of your Account, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to 55qqq (including any forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure, including any pending bet settlements or withdrawal requests.

55qqq's right to investigate suspected breaches of these Terms survives the closure of your Account. Where evidence of a material breach is identified after Account closure, 55qqq reserves the right to retain any funds subject to that breach and to pursue any available legal remedies.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 55qqq is registered and operates. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

Any dispute arising between you and 55qqq in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. You and 55qqq agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting 55qqq's customer support team before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
